In Canyon County, Buyer demand remains strong throughout Canyon County, with home sales increasing 12% and pending sales continuing to rise. Unlike Ada County, Canyon County experienced price appreciation, with the median home price increasing 2.6% over the past year. The combination of higher prices, increased sales activity, and nearly 18% growth in total dollar volume reflects a healthy and active market heading into the summer selling season.
