New Construction: 59 DOM
Dollar Volume: $596.7M (+11.7% YoY)
👉 Sales are climbing, prices remain steady, and existing homes are moving faster than new construction.

Homes Sold: 453 (-6.8% YoY)
Active Listings: 1,230 (↑ from 1,095 last year)
Pending Listings: 679 (flat YoY)
Median Price: $429,000 (+1.3% YoY)
Average Price: $494,158 (+2.5% YoY)
Days on Market: 41 (46 last year)

Existing Homes: 33 DOM
New Construction: 53 DOM
Dollar Volume: $223.9M (-4.4% YoY)
👉 Fewer sales overall, but new construction prices are driving appreciation. Existing homes are still selling faster than new builds.
